SHIPPING, WARRANTY & DELIVERY TIME

AB Beauty Professional strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Orders placed on a business day before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same business day. PostNL collects the packages from our wholesaler every business day and takes them directly to the sorting center.
In most cases, you will receive your package within 1 to 2 business days.

We are not responsible if the package takes longer to arrive!

It may sometimes happen that a product in your order is unavailable.
We continuously monitor our online inventory, but unfortunately, in rare cases, it may be discovered during order processing that a product is no longer in stock.
If a product is unexpectedly unavailable, we will contact you immediately by phone or email to offer a suitable alternative.
If we are unable to contact you (by phone or email), your order may be shipped the next day.

For orders within the Netherlands under €75 excluding VAT, a shipping fee of €5.99 will be charged.
For orders over €75 excluding VAT, no shipping costs will be charged.
If one or more products are returned, resulting in a total order value below €75, shipping costs will still be charged.
This amount will be deducted from your credit note.

Sometimes your order may be delayed by PostNL, for example, due to busy sorting centers. Beauty Label is not liable for this!
If your package still hasn't arrived after a few days, we can initiate an investigation after 7 business days and will do everything we can to deliver the order to you as soon as possible.
An investigation can take up to 12 business days.
If PostNL cannot provide a definitive answer about the package, we will do everything we can to offer a suitable alternative.
